Job Title: HR Operations Associate

Job Type: 6 months contract (With possibilities of Permanent Employment)

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Human Operations Team Lead

Role purpose: Your main focus will be to manage all HR Administration Processes, maintain HR Database through HRIS, manage Payroll calculation, and assisting HR Ops Team Lead on ad hoc projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • HR Administration: Manage all administration paperwork such as employment agreements, reference letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Payroll and Benefits: Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, payroll report, administration of benefits (BPJS and Health Insurance) enrollment, also handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • General Affair (GA): Supporting the company's operational needs by managing office facilities, supplies, and business travel arrangements.
  • HR Projects: Assist in implementation of HR Initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Responsible for managing HR in multiple markets: Indonesia and Singapore.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Psychology.
  • Min. 1-2 year experience in HR especially in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in payroll, income tax (PPh) & BPJS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with numbers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High drive for results
  • Ability to be flexible deal with ambiguity
  • Resourceful and have high initiative
