Founded in Singapore 2018, through start-up generator Antler, Cove is now backed by some of the biggest VC and Private Equity funds in the world. In just two years the company has expanded from Singapore to Indonesia and currently we have a total of about 2000 rooms now under management across the two countries. Its biggest project to date is Southeast Asia’s first purpose-built student co-living. Located just outside of Jakarta and comprising 140 rooms, it was developed in partnership with Indonesian real estate developer the Lippo Group. We have also now start our expansion in Indonesia to cities such as Bandung & Bali and would very likely to again double our portfolio across the region. We will also subsequently be working to extend our geographical reach in Southeast Asia to region such as Vietnam and the Philippines.
