Job Title: Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Cove Japan property acquisition strategy and process
- Responsible for property room growth
- Responsible for all BD best practice and SOPs
- Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure smooth property onboarding
- Review ongoing Underwriting, LoI, & Agreement
- Weekly reporting and tracking of property KPIs and performance
- Regularly review and improve the property acquisition process for property owners
- Handle property owners
- Oversee contract renewal and extension
What makes you a great fit:
- Tertiary qualified in Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in real estate
- End to end deal transaction experience from leading due diligence to legal documentation
- Strong preference for candidates with local market knowledge of the residential and/or hospitality landscape as well as candidates with strong existing network (across agents, landlords and developers) to source for real estate opportunities and experience handling big team
- Good business acumen and knowledge of current business trends
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detailed oriented, creative problem solver
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to accomplish them effectively
