Role: Remote Inbound Sales Team Lead

Working Days: 6 days

Rest- Day: Sunday

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Inbound Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage our inbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a remote environment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and support a team of remote inbound sales representatives.
    • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
    • Must add Help design SOP and implement and enforce them
    • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss performance, goals, and professional development.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and sales performance.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Oversee the handling of inbound sales inquiries, ensuring high levels of leads satisfaction, monitor response time and optimize conversion
    • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions for the team.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of the Singapore real estate industry relevant to the company's products/services.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 year in a leadership role.
