Job Title: Bali - Co Area Head

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Kerobokan, Bali

Reports To: Country Director

Role Purpose: To build and lead the Cove Bali business during its phase with full accountability for Operations, Project Management, Revenue Management and expanding portfolios.

Goals/Deliverables:

  • Developing and deploying Cove Bali Operations structure and SOPs
  • Improving and streamlining overall onboarding process in Bali
  • Working with another Co-Area Head to lead and own Bali P&L, Operations and Topline Growth
  • Ensuring that robust organizational structures are in place for performance management, governance, and reporting

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Cove Bali P&L, operations flow, customer satisfaction and opex optimization
  • Perform key account management managing our Landlords
  • Support Bali portfolio expansion
  • In charge for Bali topline growth and revenue optimization
  • Oversight and management of holistic market operations including ensuring the team has adequate SOPs and tech solutions to enable growth
  • Structuring and monitoring management protocols, operating procedures, service level agreements with 3rd party providers
  • Assessment of viability and implementation of more complex ad hoc projects (ie. furniture sourcing and logistics, in-housing or outsourcing of key vendors/functions, country/sector/market research & analysis, etc.)
  • Working closely with the other area head to continue to evolve and adjusting the Cove value proposition for product market fit on supply and demand side
  • Lead the establishment of commercial partnerships in real estate space to grow our supply pipeline with larger scale buildings

Requirements:

  • University graduate from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a business environment/hospitality industry
  • Prior P&L or other significant commercial accountability
  • Experience working in a hospitality is much preferred
  • Experience ins start up environment in Indonesia is a bonus
