Role Purpose: As an Operations Associate, you will support the smooth running of Cove’s properties in Korea by ensuring a great experience for our tenants. You will assist in maintaining high service standards, resolving tenant requests efficiently, and coordinating maintenance needs. This role will involve working closely with the operations team to keep properties well-maintained, manage vendor relationships, and ensure operational processes are followed effectively.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting daily operations to ensure properties run smoothly.
Assisting tenants with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution.
Tracking open tickets and response times to improve service efficiency.
Working with vendors and suppliers to maintain property standards.
Assisting in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitoring tenant feedback and helping improve the overall experience.
Supporting reporting on key operational metrics and performance.
Collaborating with different teams (e.g., real estate, marketing, sales) to improve operations.
Essential:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Operations-related is a plus).
At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related role.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Self-motivated and proactive in handling tasks.
Preferred:
Experience in property management, hospitality, or facilities management.
Familiarity with start-up environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
