Job Title: Property Transition Associate

Reports To: Property Transition Manager
Location: Jakarta
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Property Transition Manager to coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new properties joining our coliving network
- Support site assessments to identify operational needs and logistical requirements
- Maintaining property database
- Assist to establish and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and standards to uphold the company's brand and service excellence.
- Oversee property staff performance and maintain operational processes, protocols, and safety procedures.
- Assist regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Support to address any operational issues or discrepancies promptly
- Support to monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to enhance the resident experience.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive handover documentation detailing property specifications, operational procedures, and key contacts
- Support coordination with the designated property manager/associate to facilitate a smooth transition and transfer of responsibilities
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Hospitality, Administration or Engineering is preferable)
- Experienced in operations management within the real estate, hospitality, or property management industry will be preferred
- Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
