Responsibilities:
1. Assist partners in project cycle management of Outpost events, including ensuring
workplans, phased budgets, procurement plans and benchmarks are in place for
each project and assisting partner teams in putting these in place.
2. Assess opportunities for community and other partnerships and manage relations
3. Organize and coordinate Community & Partnerships activities
4. Cultivating and maintaining meaningful partnerships with people, companies and
organisations that can either help bring visibility, create member benefits or lead to
events being hosted in our space.
5. Maintain constant partners communication regarding the status of their partnership.
6. Work with the team to establish potential partner targets.
7. Respond to emails, requests from partners, or internal requests from Supervisor
8. Create reports or presentations for meetings with partners
9. Support the implementation of promotional plans
10. Delivering a unique members experience to the community.
11. Member sign-ups and help the team introduce and upsell our product and events.
12. Develop the member experience, understand our member’s needs and interests to
be able to coordinate events and create content and experiences of value to our
community.
13. Foster an inclusive community by creating a welcoming environment for all gender,
race, language, etc.
14. Create and manage budgets.
15. Work alongside our Experience and Marketing team to follow all brand and event
guidelines company-wide.
16. Help organize trips and get members and non-members to join

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, community
management, or a related role.
3. Experience working with organizations or in community engagement is a plus.
4. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders,
including strategic partners and community members.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
7. Analytical skills to evaluate and report on the outcomes of partnership initiatives.
8. Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
9. Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm for community engagement.
10. Commitment to values of inclusion and diversity.
11. Familiarity with social media, project management tools, and database software.
