Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our team in Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our hotel operations, including front office, engineering, housekeeping, and security. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth running of our hotels on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities:
Staff Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team across various departments.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules and rosters.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management:

  • Develop strategies to maximize revenues and optimize operational expenditure.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.

        Requirements:
        - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
        - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
        - Strong technical knowledge of hotel operations.
        - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
        - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
        - Exceptional customer service skills.
        - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
